Pre-relationship superannuation contribution report

One fixed-fee report. We value the super a party brought into the relationship in today's dollars, using the actual returns of the fund and option held — or, where old statements are missing, our Balance Benchmark Rating with a disclosed sensitivity range. The result is s 79(4)(a) contribution evidence the Court and the other side can test, prepared under the FCFCOA Expert Witness Code of Conduct.

    We confirm the valuation date, fund(s) involved and the report type required, then issue a fixed-fee letter of engagement.

  2. 02Information

    Documents & authorities

    You provide member statements and signed ATO/fund authorities. We chase any gaps directly with trustees on your behalf.

  3. 03Analysis

    Modelling & review

    We reconstruct balances, apply fund-specific returns and stress-test the result against APRA cohort data and sensitivity bands.

  4. 04Delivery

    Signed report

    You receive a court-format PDF with workings, declarations and an Appendix A — typically within 5 business days.
