Pre-cohabitation balance valuation

We reconstruct the superannuation balance the party held at the start of cohabitation and project it forward to the date of separation using the actual investment returns of the fund and option held. The grossed-up amount is the non-marital component generally excluded from the asset pool.

Balance Benchmark Rating estimate

Where complete records are unavailable, we provide a defensible estimate of the pre-cohabitation balance using cohort-matched APRA fund returns, age-and-income-based ATO contribution norms, and a sensitivity range disclosed in the report.

    We reconstruct balances, apply fund-specific returns and stress-test the result against APRA cohort data and sensitivity bands.

    Signed report

    You receive a court-format PDF with workings, declarations and an Appendix A — typically within 10 business days.
