How do I request a superannuation report?

Complete the intake form on this page with your contact details, the role you act in (party, lawyer, mediator), and the report type. We respond within one business day with a fixed-fee quote and an engagement letter.

Do I pay before the report is prepared?

We take a fixed-fee deposit (typically 25–33%) at booking to secure the turnaround. The balance is invoiced on delivery. All fees are agreed in writing before any work begins.

What happens after I submit the form?

Within one business day you will receive: a fixed-fee quote, an engagement letter, a secure document upload link, and the indicative timeline. No work begins until you accept the engagement and pay the deposit.

Can I get an urgent report?

Yes. Mediation-week urgent reports can be turned around in 3–5 business days at a 25% urgency loading, subject to capacity. We will confirm whether the timeline is realistic before you commit.
